SAN JUAN, Jan 14 (AP): An alleged bodyguard for al-Qaida chief Osama bin Laden refused Thursday to attend a US military review tribunal in Guantanamo Bay, Cuba, while two other prisoners did appear at their hearings. A 38-year-old prisoner accused of serving as a bodyguard for bin Laden and working for a safehouse in Pakistan did not attend his tribunal, said Navy Lt. Terry Green, a spokesman for the Combatant Status Review Tribunals.
