Ctg port dock workers' CBA election Jan 25

          CHITTAGONG, Jan 19: Chittagong port dock workers' Collective Bargaining Agent (CBA) election will be held on January 25 next. This was formally announced by the Director of the Joint Directorate of Labour, Chittagong Amiul Haque Tuesday.
As many as 4200 voters are expected to exercise their right of franchise for realising the legitimate demands of the dock workers.
Five dock workers' organisations which include Chittagong Jatiya Dock Sramik League, Chittagong Dock Jatiyatabadi Sramik Dal, Chittagong Dock Jatiya Sramik League, Chittagong Dock Sramik Union and Dock Islamic Sramik Shangha are expected to contest in the upcoming dock workers' CBA election.
