By-polls will take place if AL seats fall vacant: Huda
1/5/2006

Communications Minister Nazmul Huda says by-polls will take place if the seats of Opposition Leader Sheikh Hasina and her party MPs fall vacant due to their absence in the Parliament, reports BDNEWS.
Addressing two public meetings at Rangunia in Chittagong Tuesday, he urged the opposition to join the forthcoming session and place their demands, including reforms to caretaker government and election commission.
