The two other accused in the case are Shafikullah, member of the Jama'atul Mujahideen-Bangladesh (JMB) bomb squad, and Joynal Sarkar, member of the banned militant outfit.
After the charge sheet was framed, the judge fixed the date for hearing on March 13.
Police and RAB members nabbed eight youths from the poura park and the court premises in the town Wednesday morning on suspicion of their links with JMB.
The law enforcers also seized booklets of Ahle Hadith and documents from them.
