Govt responsible for 'miserable condition' of the country: B Chy
1/6/2006

Bikalpadhara Bangladesh (BDB) President AQM Badruddoza Chowdhury said Thursday the ruling coalition is responsible for the present miserable situation of the country, reports BDNEWS.
"People are united to reply to the government," he said while leaders of party's Bagerhat district unit were exchanging views with him at Bikalpadhara's Baridhara office in the morning.
He said people of Bangladesh are victims of poverty, price spiral, violence and corruption due to absence of political broadness, democratic practice and talents in politics.
The former President said that people would give a befitting reply to any bid of the rulers to rig the elections and leaving flaws in the voters' list.
"Bikalpadhara will announce positive programmes for greater unity and mass awareness," he added.
Party's secretary general Abdul Mannan, organising secretary Mahi B Chowdhury, MP, Mozaffar Ahmed, Sheikh Nadir Ahmed and Baig Mahtabuddin, also spoke.
