Orion Infusion approves 10pc dividend

          The 22nd annual general meeting (AGM) of Orion Infusion Limited has approved 10 per cent dividend ('excluding sponsor-directors' shares) for the shareholders of the company.
Managing Director of the company M Obaidul Karim presided over the meeting, said a press release.
A large number of shareholders attended the AGM.
The AGM discussed and approved the audited accounts for the financial year 2004-2005, the release added.
