Dhaka Sheraton launches buffet Iftar

          Dhaka Sheraton Hotel has arranged a month-long buffet Iftar programme at its Bithika restaurant starting from the first of Ramadan and it will continue until the end of the holy month, says a press release.
Refreshing fresh juices from the range of papaya, pineapple, apple, orange or nourishing selections of Sharbat, Lassi, Wood Apple, Squash and Kamaruddin (one type of Sharbat made from Amsatta) are offered to break fast.
There are also an array of Iftar delights from traditional sweets as like as Jeelapi, Fruit Rossomalai, Zarda, Payes, Semai, Sandesh, Mousse, Cream Caramel, Pitha to delicious fruits from the selection of sliced fresh seasonal fruit, fruit cocktail, fruit yoghurt, dates, dry apricot, and pears.
Also there are special Halim with garnish, Piazo, Beguni, Pakora, Aloo Chop, Singara, Cutlet, Fried Gram, Dabri or Pindi Chana, Nehari, Bhoona Khichuri, Morogh Pullao, Tangri Kebab, Boti Kebab, Shashlick, Chaap, Tikka, Puri, Nan, Paratha, Bhoona, Do-Piazza, Kosha or Stir fry.
