Five-day REHAB Fair begins Nov. 23
FE Report
10/12/2005

Real Estate Housing Association of Bangladesh (REHAB) is going to organise its fifth Housing Fair in Dhaka next month. The five day housing show begins on November 23 at Dhaka Sheraton hotel.
The theme of the fair is "environment friendly dream habitat." Last week the lottery for distribution of stalls was held at a city hotel. A total of 94 developers and four credit lending institutions will take part in the fair.
REHAB President Dr. Towfique M Seraj addressing the function said the association was active to keep the dynamism of the country's real estate sector. Under Asia Invest-2 Programme of the European Commission ten investors from Spain and Germany would soon visit Bangladesh to explore businesses here. Dr. Towfique said the European investors are interested to develop houses for low income group of people in Bangladesh.
The function was also addressed by Convener of the Fair Committee Tanvirul Huq Probal. It was attended by REHAB Vice-president Engineer S M Anawar Hussain and General Secretary Mahmudul Hassan.
