Delinquent borrowers paid Tk. 577.5 million to 13 banks in 229 execution cases disposed of by the Money Loan Court no. two of Dhaka between the months of January and September this year.
Judge Khandaker Hassan Md. Firoj delivered the verdict in all the cases.
The same court disposed of more 212 money suits during the period.
The court deals with money suits and execution cases of banks, namely, the First Security Bank, the Prime bank, the Bangladesh Shilpa Bank, the Bangladesh Shilpa Rin Sangstha, the Southeast Bank, the Bank Asia, the Bangladesh Commerce Bank, the Premier Bank, the Woori Bank, the Investment Corporation of Bangladesh and the Basic Bank. The Trust Bank has recently been brought under the jurisdiction of the same court.
