RANGPUR, Oct 7 (BSS): Ekramul Haque and Badrul Islam Chunnu have been elected President and Secretary of Rangpur unit of the Bangladesh Jatiyatabadi Ainjibi Forum (BJAF).
The election was held through secret ballots last week. Ashraf Ali conducted it as election commissioner.
The other executives (elected unopposed) of the newly-elected committee are vice presidents: Sabugtageen and Rebeca Sultana Fency, joint secretaries: Abdur Razzaque and Habibul Haque Tarek, Organising Secretary: Javed Iqbal, Treasurer: Abdul Hadi Belal, Office Secretary: Shah Jahangir Mohammad Fazle Rabbi Akand and 12 executive members.
Members of different socio-cultural, political and professional organisations congratulated the members of the newly-elected executive committee of Rangpur unit of the BJAF.
