RMG workers demand reinstatement of sacked workers

          National Garments Workers Federation observed a token strike in the city Friday to press home their demands to reinstate 255 sacked workers and payment of unpaid salary and bonus.
The strike programme presided over by federation president Shahida Sarkar was also addressed by its general secretary Amirul Haque, welfare federation president Shafiqul Islam and Solayman on behalf of sacked workers.
Speakers urged the authorities concerned to meet their demand immediately for the greater interest of the RMG sector and sacked workers.
