Shibir attack leaves 10 Jubo Dal men injured

          FENI, Oct 30 (UNB): At least 10 Jubo Dal activists were injured in an attack by some Shibir activists at Silonia Bazar in Daganbhuiyan Upazila of the district Friday.
According to Jubo Dal leaders, about 30/40 Shibir activists swooped on their activists following a past enmity. The attackers also ransacked a number of shops in the Bazar, they added.
Of the injured, joint convenor of Jubo Dal, Daganbhuiyan thana unit Shahadat Hossain, Nasiruddin and Abdul Halim were admitted to the Upazila Health Complex while others were released after first aid.
Police arrested eight Shibir activists in this connection.
