Taiwan's China Motor in JV with Fujian Motor

          TAIPEI, Oct 31 (AFP): Taiwan's China Motor Corp, China's Fujian Motor Industrial Group and DaimlerChrysler AG from Germany will form a joint venture making vans on the mainland, a spokeswoman for the Taiwan firm said today.
Fujian Motor will take a 50 per cent stake in the new project, at Fuzhou in China's southeastern Fujian province, while DaimlerChryler AG will share 33 per cent and the Taiwan partner 17 per cent, the spokeswoman said.
