Jhalakathi chamber election held

          JHALAKATI, Nov 27: A total of 18 businessmen were elected members in two categories in the biennial election of Jhalakati Chamber of Commerce and Industry (JCCI) held Saturday, reports BDNEWS.
The members elected in general category are Mahabub Hossain, Md Yusuf Ali, Salauddin Ahmed Saleq, Jahangir Hossain Dulu, Kabir Hossain Akan, Monwar Hossain Khan, Md Fazlul Haque Haoladar, AKM Shamsul Alam Belal, Khokon Brahma, Dulal Chandra Saha, Swapan Kumar Chowdhury and Gopal Chandra Ghosh.
Those elected in associate category are Abdul Mannan Mia, Ferdous Ahmed, Jalal Ahmed, Zakir Hossain and Syed Firojur Rahman.
Besides, Ziauddin Mizan was elected from the trade group.
The elected members will elect president and two vice presidents from among them.
