          Sajib Knitwear: Sajib Knitwear and Garments Limited earned a post-tax net profit of Tk 0.65 million for the year ended on June 30, 2005. The earning per share (EPS) of the company stood at Tk 0.82.
Al- Amin Chemical: Al- Amin Chemical Industries Limited incurred a net loss of Tk 1.75 million for the year ended on June 30, 2005. The EPS of the company stood at Tk 0.44.
National Tubes: National Tubes Limited earned a post-tax net profit of Tk 115.45 million for the year ended on June 30, 2005. The EPS of the company stood at Tk 219.91.

Recommendation of company dividend

Gemini Sea Foods: The board of directors of Gemini Sea Foods Limited recommended 25 per cent cash dividend for the year 2005. The annual general meeting (AGM) of the company will be held on December 11, 2005 at 1:00pm on its factory premises, Rupsha in Khulna. The book-closure of the company will be from December 04 to December 11, 2005.
