KHULNA, Dec 24: The Khulna Chamber International Trade Fair (KCITF)-2005 is likely to kick-off in January next year. The preparation for holding the trade fair is going on in full swing at the city's truck terminal.
The Khulna Chamber of Commerce and Industry (KCCI) and Saidur Rahman Trading Company Ltd (SRTCL) are jointly organising the fair. The executive committee of the KCCI and its president are putting in every effort to make the event a success. The organisers expect that the fair would house 200 stalls and 20 pavilions of different organisations from home and abroad. Commerce Minister Altaf Hossain Cowdhury, president of FBCCI, Khulna City Corporation Mayor and local MPs are most likely to attend the inaugural function of the trade fair.
