Niloy Cement approves 5pc cash dividend

          Niloy Cement Industries approved 5.0 per cent cash dividend at its 10th annual general meeting (AGM) held on its factory premises at Basundia in Jessore recently.
Presided over by Niloy Cement Industries Vice Chairman Humayun Kabir Khandaker, the function was attended by a substantial number of shareholders and high officials of the company.
Humayun Kabir said, "Though the overall situation of the cement sector is not satisfactory with some obstacles, Niloy Cement disbursed the 5.0 per cent cash dividend.
He also said, "We are trying to set up a clinker factory in the country."
