The Bangladesh Rifles (BDR) and local sources said, a team of 10 cattle traders entered 350 yard into the Indian Territory crossing the barbed-wire fence of the Dharmadaha border point.
At that time, A BSF team of 94 Battalion of the Bhadulpara camp under Karimpur of Nadia district fired five rounds of bullets on them.
Akbar and Ashraful were shot dead on the spot while Lalchand (36) was injured and was later taken to the Gangni Hospital.
