BRAC Bank selects dataedge as system integrator for call centre solution

          BRAC Bank Limited selected the data edge limited (dataedge) as system integrator for its call centre solution with a view to provide world-class support services to its customers round the clock.
Under the agreement, dataedge would implement and support the BRAC Bank's call centre solutions including EPABX, IVRS and CTI, on a turnkey basis.
In this respect, an agreement signing ceremony was held in the city among the BRAC Bank, dataedge and India's Avaya GlobalConnect Limited (AGCL) and Serviont Global Solutions Limited (SGSL).
"BRAC Bank is committed and will continue providing the best and innovative banking services to its customers on a 7x24x365 basis, and will respond to the banking needs of the market in fastest possible time," said BRAC Bank DMD and Head of Business Imran Rahman in the ceremony.
Under the contract, dataedge will supply, deliver, install, customize, test, integrate, implement, commission, train, provide post-acceptance maintenance, support services, documentation and project management of the call centre solution comprising of AVAYA ACD and hardware, serviont developed interactive voice response solution (IVRS), computer telephony integration (CTI) system and a comprehensive reporting module.
dataedge MD (CC) Md Asifuzzaman, AGCL NSG Business Development Manager Kishalay Bhattacharjee and SGSL Regional Business Head (North and East) Shella Seth signed the deal on behalf of their respective organisations.
