Lankan AG officials trained in Bangladesh

          Fifteen officials of the Sri Lankan Auditor General's (AG) department attended a training programme at Bangladesh's Financial Management Academy (FIMA) from January 28 to February 16.
Comptroller and Auditor General (CAG) Asif Ali inaugurated the programme.
Eight female and seven male officials participated in the course, which contained topics like introduction to the CAG's office, overview of audit process, audit planning and execution, entity-wise and system-based audit, environmental audit etc. as well as attachment with some audit directorates.
