A delegation of the Bangladesh Malaysia Chamber of Commerce and Industry (BMCCI) led by its President Abdul Matlub Ahmad called on the Adviser of Energy and Mineral Resources Division and the Executive Chairman of BOI Mahmudur Rahman Sunday, said a press release.
Matlub Ahmad, past president of BMCCI Salauddin Khashem Khan and its General Secretary Syed Moazzem Hossain exchanged views with the adviser on business related issues.
Mahmudur Rahman urged the delegation members to produce quality products for export. He also assured his visitors of all cooperation to the BMCCI.
During the meeting, the BMCCI delegation told the BOI chief that it will undertake massive programmes this year including organising a visit of a strong delegation from Bangladesh to Malaysia, welcoming a high profile investment promotion delegation from Malaysia, holding the second Bangladesh-Malaysia Business Forum in Kuala Lumpur later this year, and organising trade fairs both in Kuala Lumpur and in Dhaka.
