NEW DELHI, Feb 7(AFP): India will hold a second round of talks Tuesday with representatives of a powerful northeastern separatist group to end three decades of a bloody insurgency, officials said. An official said National Security Advisor M.K. Narayanan would hold talks with a negotiating team from the northeastern state of Assam, chosen by the outlawed United Liberation Front of Asom (ULFA), in New Delhi.
