RANGPUR, Mar 11 (BSS): A physically handicapped woman (mute) was slaughtered by her brothers and sisters with a view to implicate the plaintiff in a murder case.
The tragedy took place at Par Kumarpur village under Pirganj Upazila of the district Thursday night. Police said the cruel brothers and sisters murdered their innocent dumb sister to implicate the plaintiff of a murder case, in which the killers were made accused.
A murder case was filed against the victim's four brothers and sisters with Pirganj thana in this connection. The police have already arrested one of the killer brothers, Abdul Majid, who confessed they had killed their dumb sister Anzira, 35.
