China apartment blast kills 9

          BEIJING, China Mar 12 (AP): A blast triggered by unknown causes leveled an apartment building in south China, killing nine people and injuring four, the government said Sunday.
The explosion occurred Saturday in a three-story building in the Guangxi region's Leye county, the official Xinhua News Agency reported.
Seven people died immediately and two died later after being rescued, the report said. The four injured were being treated in a local hospital, it said. No details about the victims were given.
