Namaj-e-Janaza of journalist Yusuf Pasha held

          Namaj-e-Janaza of journalist and poet Yusuf Pasha was held on the Jatiya Press Club (JPC) premises in the city Saturday morning, reports BSS.
Pasha, an assistant editor of the daily Janakantha was killed in a road accident at the city's Bangla Motor crossing Friday evening.
The Namaj-e-Janaza was attended by Deputy Minister for Information Abdus Salam Pintu, President of Bangladesh Federal Union of Journalist(BFUJ) Iqbal Sobhan Chowdhury. Journalists, friends, poets, litterateurs and well wishers of Pasha were present.
Later, his body was taken to his village home at Rouha under Dhamrai Upazila of Dhaka district. He will be buried at his family graveyard there.
The Qulkhwani of Pasha will be held tomorrow at his Rayer Bazar residence after Asr prayers.
