GP opens Service Desk at Dampara in Chittagong

          GrameenPhone (GP) Ltd has opened another Service Desk at Idris Centre of Dampara in the port city of Chittagong.
Apart from this, 107 GrameenPhone service desks including 22 in the port city were established in Chittagong Division.
GrameenPhone's Customer Management Division Head Bidyut Kumar Basu formally inaugurated the Service Desk. Company Secretary and General Manager (Internal Audit) Ahmed Raihan Shamsi, Head of Corporate Customer Care Mahbubul Kabir, Head of Call Centre Md Mostafa Jamal, Regional Customer Manager Md Shahidullah and Head of Programme Office Musfek Ahmed were also present on the occasion along with other GrameenPhone officials.
The Service Desk at Dampara will provide a wide range of after-sales services from SIM replacement to Address Change requests.
