ISLAMABAD, Mar 28 (AFP): Nuclear-armed South Asian rivals Pakistan and India yesterday discussed ways to remove obstacles hampering trade between the two countries, the foreign ministry said.
The officials from two countries discussed cooperating on customs issues and removing non-tariff barriers, the ministry said in a statement after the meeting.
The meeting focused "on putting in place facilitation measures to enhance bilateral trade," Pakistan Commerce Secretary Syed Asif Shah said.
