Rajshahi take 99-run lead against Khulna

          A five-wicket haul by Mushfiqur Rahman enabled Rajshahi Division to take a 99-run first innings lead over Khulna Division on the first day of a four-day match of Ispahani Mirzapore Tea 7th National Cricket League at Rajshahi Divisional Stadium Friday, reports UNB.
Earlier, batting first after winning the toss, Khulna Division in their first innings were all out for 122 in 31.4 overs in the face of hostile bowling by Mushfiqur Rahman who claimed five wickets for 40 runs.
Apart from Mishfiqur's five wickets, Alamgir Kabir grabbed three wickets for 11 runs while Suhrawardy Shuvo and Shafaq Al Jabir took one wicket each for 15 and 40 runs respectively.
In reply, riding on an unbeaten half century by Anisur Rahman, Rajshahi Division posted 221 for 4 in 54 overs in their first innings at stumps on the day.
Anisur Rahman scored not out 68 with 10 fours and a six, Farhad Reza smashed 38 runs with eight fours and Farhad Hossain made 38 with four fours. Hasanuzzaman were batting on 28 runs that included five fours.
