Pragati Life Ins holds 4th AGM

          The fourth annual general meeting (AGM) of the Pragati Life Insurance Ltd was held at the company's head office in city Wednesday, said a press release.
Pragati Life Insurance Chairman Syed M Altaf Hussain presided over the meeting. Adviser of the company Abdul Awal Mintoo and Vice Chairman A S M Mohiuddin Monem were also present in the meeting.
Managing Director and Actuary of company M Shefaque Ahmed presented the annual report and audited report of FY 2003.
Directors and patrons Moazzem Hossain, Mohammad A Awwal, Imam Anwar Hossain, Younus Chowdhury, Khalequzzaman Chowdhury, Md Shafiur Rahman, Tafsir Mohammad Awal, Tabith Mohammad Awal, Zakaria Taher, Mohammed A Hamid and Company Secretary Abdul Quader, were present in the meeting.
The shareholders expressed their satisfaction over the continuous progress and success of the company.
