Dutch-Bangla Bank Limited (DBBL) has donated Tk 1.0 million (Tk 10 lakh) to Atish Dipankar University of Science and Technology (ADUST) for establishing a modern pharmacy lab. DBBL Managing Director Md Yeasin Ali handed over a payment order to this effect to the member of the board of trustees and director of the university Ariful Bari Majumder at the bank's head office in the city Monday.
Also present, among others, were DBBL Deputy Managing Director (Operation) Hashem Khan, Deputy Managing Director (Administration) KS Tabrez and Senior Vice President and Marketing and Development Division Head Abul Munim Khan.
ADUST was established by the Atish Dipankar Foundation of Bangladesh aiming to provide quality education with minimum tuition fees.
