The date of paying all outstanding electricity bills without interest or surcharge has been extended until August 31 next. The deadline has been extended following requests from individuals and a number of organisations, who could not avail the opportunity of paying bills by July 31, a Power Development Board (PDB) press release said Wednesday. Legal action would be taken against those who will not pay their outstanding bills within August 31, the release added. — Agencies
