8/10/2006

NAOGAON, Aug 9 (BDNEWS): The members of the Rapid Action Battalion (RAB) held Mosta alias Mostafiz (40), a Purba Banglar Communist Party (PBCP) cadre with pistol and several leaflets of their organisation Tuesday from his house at Shalia village under Raninagar Upazila in Naogaon.
The RAB said Mosta, son of Aftab Hossain, was an active member of the PBCP (M L - Lal Pataka).
The RAB sources also said acting on a tip-off, a team of the RAB-5 of Atrai camp under Rajshahi conducted a raid on Mosta's house and arrested him with a pistol.
The RAB members also recovered several books, posters and leaflets, which depicted the motto and the present situation of the organisation.
