Nestle Bangladesh conducts cataract surgery programme

          Nestle Bangladesh Limited extended support to perform one hundred cataract surgery at Impact Jibon Tari Floating Hospital, who were operated on August 6 at Monirampur Bazar of Raipura Upazila under Narshingdi.
Nestle Bangladesh Finance Director Vidur Mathur formally inaugurated the programme under the company's Eyesight Restoration Project, while Business Intelligence and General Affairs Manager Mirza Golam Hossain was present on the occasion.
Impact Jibon Tari, since its commission, provided treatment to 2,00,332 patients through its Out-Patient Department, performed 11,411 eye surgeries, 3,705 orthopaedic surgeries 1,863 ENT surgeries and 254 plastic surgeries and conducted several health education sessions.
