Explosives, hand bombs recovered from Sylhet frontier

SYLHET, Dec 29: BDR jawans recovered four powerful explosive power jells, six detonators and six hand bombs from Nayagram frontier area in Companygnaj Upazila early Thursday. The abandoned power jells, detonators and hand bombs were recovered by a patrol team of Sylhet Rifle Battalion of Utma BOP at about 6:30am, said a BDR release. It said each of the recovered power jells weighed 110 grams while the hand bombs have the word "JKF" inscribed on them.
