BDNEWS Thursday in a news item on "Govt conducting audit in four ministries under MTBF," published in the February 10, 2006 issue of The Financial Express, inadvertently quoted Waliul Haque Khandakar, a consultant of the Financial Management Reform Programme.
The information was extracted from another source who requested not to be named. However, there was no controversy about the information put in the news item.
