Zahurul Islam passes away

Renowned artiste M Zahurul Islam died in the city Friday. He was 62. He left behind his wife actress Dolly Zahur, only son Riasat, four brothers and one sister, numerous friends, co-artists and fans to mourn his death.
Zahurul earned popular acclaim through his performance in various roles in stage and TV dramas, advertising and documentary films. He was the founder of "Bahu Bachan" drama circle.
After Namaz-e-janaza at the Dhanmondi Bhuter Goli Mosque, he was buried at the Banani Graveyard.
