BGMEA's 'crush programme' begins

The fire and safety related 'crush programme' by the Bangladesh Garment Manufacturers and Exporters Association (BGMEA) was inaugurated to prevent fire incidents in the export-oriented ready-made garment (RMG) sector.
BGMEA President Tipu Munshi inaugurated the 'crush programme' at its office in the city Tuesday, reports BDNEWS.
Tipu Munshi in his presidential speech said the RMG sector is now facing the worst crisis and to tackle the situation the BGMEA has taken up the 'crush programme' to prevent accidents in the sector.
