Children Rights Week held

Ministry of Infonriation with assistance from UNICEF arranged an event exclusively for the underprivileged children of Bangladesh at the Fantasy Kingdom in the city recently.
The event was organised to celebrate the Children Rights Week. The programme included holding of rally, cultural programme, availing Fantasy Kingdom rides etc, said a press release.
The under privileged children enjoyed all the children rides at Fantasy Kingdom and were entertained at the theme park.
Around 200 underprivileged children were present on the occasion and a cultural troop of BTV performed cultural function.
The Fantasy Kingdom sponsored the whole event for the underprivileged children.
The programme is the continuation of 'World Children's Day and Children Rights Week 2005 which started on September 29.
