RAB nab BNP leader in Jessore

          JESSORE, Jan 31 (BDNEWS): Rapid Action Battalion (RAB)-6 members have arrested Vice-president of Monirampur Upazila BNP, Alauddin in Jessore Monday night.
He is charged in six criminal cases including the cases of murder of the Awami League leader Kader, robbery, and extortion.
Local sources said, Alauddin had been elected chairman for three terms of the Jhapa union under Manirampur Upazila before.
RAB nabbed him at Jhapa market area.
He is allegedly involved in extortion in the area. He was detained for several days in Kader murder case and he now runs a reign of terror after his return on bail, sources say.
