ICC U-19 WC
Bangladesh face mighty Pakistan today
2/8/2006

Bangladesh face mighty Pakistan in their second match of the ICC U-19 Cricket World Cup with a target of victory at Nondescripts Sports Club ground in Colombo Wednesday.
In quest of playing the semfinal for the first time, Bangladesh started the U-19 World Cup campaign with a convincing three-wicket victory over New Zealand in the tournament opener, and a victory against Pakistan will throw them into eight-team super-league.
Pakistan also made a flying start with a strong eight-wicket victory over Uganda.
The junior tigers, however, may boost themselves remembering the scenario that they beat Pakistan in the Afro-Asian U-19 Cricket tournament in November in India.
Bangladesh will play their last group match against comparatively weaker Uganda Thursday at Singhalese Sports ground.
