DSE indices mixed, CSE’s gain

          The price indices on the Dhaka Stock Exchange (DSE) closed mixed, while those of Chittagong Stock Exchange (CSE) gained Tuesday in moderately active market.
The DSE All Share Price Index closed at 1205.62 points, registering 29.94 points or 2.42 per cent fall from 1235.56 points of Sunday, the previous trading day.
The DSE General Index moved down by 41.52 points or 2.57 per cent to close at 1572.91 points from 1614.44.
The DSE-20 Index, however, went up by 4.07 points or 0.26 per cent to close at 1537.31 points from 1533.25.
The CSE All Share Price Index gained by 0.20 per cent to finish at 3264.47 points from 3258.02 points of Monday, the previous trading day.
The CSE-30 Index went up by 0.86 per cent to close at 3117.99 points from 3258.02.
A total of 2.01 million shares and debentures, worth Tk 51.98 million, changed hands on the day.
