Ferguson hopeful of Best recovery
10/29/2005

Sir Alex Ferguson has expressed his hope that Old Trafford legend George Best recovers from his serious illness, reports BBC.
Best's condition has slightly improved but he remains on a ventilator and is described by his consultant Professor Roger Williams as "a very sick man".
The 59-year-old has been in Cromwell Hospital, London, for four weeks and is suffering from bleeding of the bowel.
"Everyone at the club is praying for him. We hope he pulls through this dip in his health," said Ferguson.
"He has had a lot of problems over the years. We are all rooting for him and hope he pulls through.
Former Manchester United player Denis Law visited his ex-team-mate and said that he was "very worried" about Best's health.
