Van Nistelrooy determined to stay with United
10/8/2005

NOORDWIJK, Netherlands, Oct 6 (Reuters): Ruud van Nistelrooy is determined to see out his contract with Manchester United and is prepared to extend it after 2008.
At the Dutch World Cup team training camp Thursday, he denied all rumours about a possible transfer to Real Madrid.
"I'm not interested in a transfer, not this year and also not during my contract till 2008," Van Nistelrooy told Reuters.
"And I hope I will play in Manchester after that."
Some media in Britain suggested earlier this week a move to Real might be on the cards at the end of the season.
But Van Nistelrooy explained: "My agent (Rodger Linse) has ensured me that he did not say anything about Real Madrid. The story started in some English newspapers but we have already set it straight."
