IBAIS organises workshop on quality higher education in city

          IBAIS University organised Sunday a daylong workshop on Quality Higher Education at its campus in the city.
University Grants Commission (UGC) Chairman M Asaduzzaman was present at the workshop as the chief guest. IBAIS Vice Chancellor (VC) Haripada Bhattacharjee attended it as the special guest. Chief Patron of IBAIS Zakaria Lincoln presented the keynote paper in the workshop.
The UGC chairman said that the nations needs qualified teachers, qualified students, proper curricula, huge library and lab facilities to ensure quality higher education.
Besides, a good teacher must be a good man and also a good friend of the students, he added.
VC of IBAIS urged upon to all to organise this kind of workshop in order to create consciousness about quality aspects of higher education in the country.
