Int'l Leasing decides on IPO

          International Leasing and Financial Services Limited (ILFSL) has taken a decision to go for floatation of initial public offering (IPO).
The decision came in its Board of Directors' meeting held in the city recently with Mahbub Jamil in the chair.
Nominee directors of shareholders Itrat Husain and Sajidur Rahman Khan of Singer Bangladesh Limited, Khan Tariqul Islam of IPDC of Bangladesh Limited, Jamal Uddin Ahmad of Shaw Wallace Bangladesh Limited attended the meeting.
Managing Director of ILFSL Mafizuddin Sarkar was present in the meeting while Gavin Walker, president and chief executive officer of Singer Asia, and Rezaur Rahman, chairman of Shaw Wallace Bangladesh Limited also attended the meeting on invitation.

 

A meeting of the board of directors of International Leasing and Financial Services Limited (IL) was held in the city recently with Mahbub Jamil in the chair.
