Verdict on EC’s leave to appeal Monday

           The Supreme Court will deliver judgment on April 17 (Monday) on the leave to appeal filed by the Election Commission (EC) against the High Court verdict over preparation of the voters' list, reports BDNEWS
The Appellate Division will also pass order on the suo-moto contempt rule against Chief Election Commissioner (CEC) Justice MA Aziz and ruling BNP lawmaker Nurul Islam Moni on the same day.
