DCCI HR development training concludes

          The certificate awards ceremony of the 5-day training course on Human Resource (HR) Development was held at DCCI Business Institute (DBI) in the city recently.
The course was aimed at familiarising the participants with the key issues like human resource development, job analysis, recruitment, human resources planning and performance management system.
A total of 21 participants from different business organisations attended the training course.
Traidcraft's Business Services Manager Helen MacCree while speaking as the chief guest urged the participants to utilise their acquired knowledge back at their respective organisations.
Meanwhile, the DCCI Business Institute (DBI) held an international certificate and diploma examination on International Purchase and Supply Chain Management (IPSCM) recently for the second time as it is the sole accredited examination body (AEB) of the International Trade Centre (ITC), Geneva.
The Modular Learning System (MLS) in international purchasing and supply chain management is a comprehensive training pack covering the total purchasing and supply process or the total supply chain. It covers 12 'core modules' each covering a particular aspect of the whole process of purchase and supply chain management.
The institute will also organise a training workshop on 'Managing Inventory' on April 10-12.
