Wings Electronics holds dealers' confce of AKARI brand

          Wings Electronics, sole distributor of AKARI Brand of Indonesia, held its annual dealer's conference at a city hotel Tuesday.
Sebastiaan Huisman, director of Huisman Electronics bv. Netherlands, while addressing at the conference said, AKARI provides superior quality products at affordable prices and ensures smooth customer support as an ISO-certified company.
AKARI offers an attractive commission and benefits for its retailers and also arranges yearly award ceremony for encouraging the satisfactory network of dealers in the country, he added.
He said other AKARI products like refrigerator, washing machine, DVD players will be introduced in the country as the company was spreading its network in Europe, Middle East and Africa.
Chief guest of the conference Mohammad Lakiat Ullah, managing director of Export Import (Exim) Bank said, AKARI has to ensure quality products at competitive prices to build its own brand image.
He also stressed the need for a homegrown brand to save drainage of the country's foreign currency.
While addressing the conference, Taizul Islam on behalf of the dealers said, wide range of advertising, after sales service as well as identifying individual dealers' problems are necessary for establishing a brand and to minimise the hassles faced by the dealers.
Managing director of Wings Electronics ALM Ziaul Hoque chaired the conference.
