Bangladesh face UAE in Asia Cup opener

          Bangladesh will face United Arab Emirates (UAE) in the opening match of the ninth Asia Cup Cricket to be held in Pakistan from February 16 to February 28 next year, reports BDNEWS.
Bangladesh will pay their second match against defending champions Sri Lanka on February 17.
The final will be take place on February 28 at Lahore while the March 1 has been kept as reserve day for the final.
The preliminary matches will be played in Rawalpindi and Karachi. The second round matches and the final will be staged in Lahore.
Bangladesh will compete in the group-A with Sri Lanka and UAE while group comprised of India, Oman and Pakistan.
In the last Asia Cup in 2004, Sri Lanka won the Asia Cup in 2004 defeating India in the final.
