Sale/transfer of shares
InTech Online: Md Mostaqur Rahman, one of the sponsors of the company, has expressed his intention to sell 495,250 shares out of his 995,250 shares of the company through stock exchange within the next 30 working days.
NCC Bank: Zaker Hossain, one of the sponsors of the bank, has reported that he has transferred his 36,424 shares of the bank to his brother Mostafizur Rahman outside the trading floor of stock exchange by the way of gift as announced earlier.
